Discover the underwater world for the very first time! During the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you’ll safely learn the basics of scuba diving under the guidance of one of our professional instructors. After a short theory session and confined water practice, you’ll head into the sea for an unforgettable guided dive to a depth of 6–12 metres. No previous diving experience is required—just a sense of adventure and a desire to experience the incredible feeling of breathing underwater.

The experience
Your session starts with a relaxed briefing, where your instructor will introduce the scuba equipment, explain how everything works, and walk you through the essential safety procedures. Once you’re familiar with the basics, you’ll practise a few simple diving skills in shallow water to build confidence before entering the sea.
When you’re ready, it’s time to explore. Accompanied by your instructor, you’ll enjoy a guided dive in the Mediterranean, discovering marine life, experiencing neutral buoyancy, and enjoying the unique sensation of moving effortlessly underwater. The dive takes place at a comfortable depth of 6–12 metres and typically lasts between 50 and 60 minutes, depending on your air consumption.

Medical
Participants should be in good general health to scuba dive. Certain medical conditions may require clearance from a diving physician. Before booking, please complete the standard PADI Medical Statement.
If you answer “Yes” to any question, you must provide a medical certificate from a doctor with diving and hyperbaric expertise. We recommend arranging this before travelling to Spain.
